Theodore W. Frank is an Associate with Parker Mills LLP and has experience in the areas of maritime law, including vessel arrests, cargo damage, and oil spills; business litigation, including shareholder disputes, breach of contract and personal injury defense, and real property litigation.

Mr. Frank graduated from the University of California, at Berkeley in 1996, with a BA in Political Science and was a varsity oarsman for the Mens Rowing Team for four years. Mr. Frank obtained his law degree from the University of San Francisco, School of Law in 1999, where he was the Executive Articles Editor for the University of San Francisco Maritime Law Journal.

Mr. Frank is a member of the State Bar of California and is admitted to practice before all State and Federal Courts in California.
